I’m so thrilled getting back on my mat. Started yoga-ing again; filling the emptiness. I believe that there is always light at the end of the tunnel. The first glimmers of daylight are beginning to show on the horizon. The past few weeks have not been easy but there is always a brighter future awaits us…
