“The most valuable things in life are priceless. They are courage, compassion, wisdom, respect for ourselves and others and a host of characteristics that we call the beauty of the human spirit.”

Herbie Hancock

I’M A GOOD GIRL, I AM…

They are probably rocking the Hummingbird Centre at this moment and time and I’m sitting here with my iTunes on singing out loud with them: NO NO NO NO NO NO NO… I don’t know why you bother… Nothing’s ever good enough for you… By the way I was there and it wasn’t like that…

So I decided not to go tonight… Didn’t want to spend so much on one single ticket to go see Radiohead as the prices seem to be stupidly inflated… After reading my last post this morning, my sis reminded me that I’ve already seen a few (and QUITE a few) shows/concerts in recent weeks… She thinks that gig-hopping can be addictive and money guzzling which is very true… That’s exactly why I’m now both addicted and broke… How scary and sad is that?!!

Can I scream like Eliza (in My Fair Lady), bursting into tears? I’M A GOOD GIRL, I AM…

Off to bed… Nite stunners 🙂

Radiohead… Bloody Hell…

Sweetness:

I’m completely, utterly, dead BROKE… Spending every single penny of my paychecks on these concerts…

Radiohead is playing at the Hummingbird Centre tonight and tomorrow night… The bloody tix were all gone in less than 3 minutes… How CRUEL is that?!! I’m still debating on whether I should go, spend maybe 150 bucks (if I’m lucky) and make the stingy brokers rich…

Anyone interested to join, drop me a line so I feel less guilty and I’ll treat you with a pint of Guinness 😉

Always,

S
