Did you know that statistically today is the most depressing day of the whole year?!!

People start receiving their credit card bills and start realizing how they’ve screwed up during their holidays… They also realize that twenty two days have already passed and they haven’t really stuck to their new year’s resolution… The days are still short and there is no light out there and more importantly it’s Monday!!!

People in the office told me that I look like I’ve come from another world today… I don’t know if this is a bad thing or perhaps a compliment… All I know is that I’m still suffering from my 2007 insomnia and haven’t fully recovered from the cold I caught few days ago… I feel like singing The Mamas & The Papas… Monday, monday, can’t trust that day… Ba-da ba-da-da-da… Monday, monday…

Will be yoga-ing this evening and that should help…
