Have a break… Have a D’peach Mode!

– Doctor, you must help me (begging). I’m under such a lot of stress; I can’t stop losing my temper.
– Tell me about your problem (sympathetically).
– I just did, didn’t I? You idiot (angrily)!
Max is lost… He is lost since the day I came back from my vacation… God knows where he is…
The little new guy is replacing Max… I don’t know his name… I don’t even know if he does have one! So I’ll just call him “the little new guy”… He is staring at me with the biggest smile ever… I’m in love with his long hair… A combination of white and orange floating all around his face and in the air… His yellow boots are the hippest boots I’ve ever seen…
I like the little funky new guy… His generous smile puts a smile upon my face too…

Hundreds and hundreds of innocent people including children were killed in the last 34 days and now both sides are loudly proclaiming victory…
This is absolutely sick…

The full moon last night was not only one of the prettiest I have ever seen but the strangest one!!! It was like the sun, shining in the dark…
So I made my biggest wish… I prayed to the man above for a miracle…

After reading few good critics in the paper, I finally bought the book “Lost Girls and Love Hotels” by Catherine Hanrahan and just started reading it…
Apparently it’s about a Canadian girl who is doing everything in her power to forget home, and Tokyo’s exotic nightlife enables her to keep her demons at bay… Somehow it reminds me of the film “Lost in Translation” (god knows why!)
So far so good… Will keep you posted as it goes…

So I’m back from the best vacation ever… After a year of hard work with absolutely no time off, this two-week vacation was a gift from heaven…
Hilaire Belloc once said: “We wander for distraction, but we travel for fulfillment.”
I’m now fresh, back on the track at work with thousands of emails to catch up 🙂
LaterZ…

I’m back in Philly… Unlike most people on the globe, I’m not really a beach person… The two-day trip to Cape May however, was absolutely refreshing… A great place to catch the sun, swim, shop, dine and just chill out… The city of Cape May itself is a mixture of old Victorian style buildings as well as more modern B&B’s surrounded by beautiful beaches… There are numerous art galleries, souvenir stores, little cute cafes and tea houses everywhere with no sign of Starbucks or any other franchise in the whole city… The seafood was great… Toasting in the sun and taking a dip in the waters of the Atlantic Ocean was even better…
Tonight is the last night before I get back home… To my lovely Toronto…

So we arrived in Philadelphia early afternoon after a five-hour trip by train… Passed by some beautiful cities and of course the one and only New York City… My cousin gave us the best city tour ever… The city is cute… The narrow streets and the artsy areas are quite attractive (at least to my standards!!!)… We are now chilling at home before heading out to experience the city’s nighlife…
Tomorrow we leave for Cape May off the shore of New Jersey…
More to come…
